ONLINE BIDDING INFO
Everyone must register before placing a bid. Simply click the “Login/Register” button at the top. Then complete the registration process to get a username and password. Once you have a username and password you are ready to bid.
Be sure to include you cell and email address during registration. As soon as you are outbid on an item you will have a text and email sent directly to you letting you know you have been outbid.
What is max bidding? Max bidding allows you to secretly leave your highest bid on an item. This way the computer can advance your bid to the next level once someone bids against you. The computer will only take you to your next required bid amount. Online bidders enjoy this feature because they do not need to login each time someone bids against them.
EXTENDED BIDDING
The auction will have an “Auto Extend Feature”. As soon as the last bid is placed the auction will then extend 10 minutes to allow all other bidders to advance their bids. The bidding will continue until there has been a 10 minute period without bidding activity. For example: this auction is set to end at 8:00…if someone places a bid at 7:59 the auction will extend to 8:09 (this ten minutes allows the person that was outbid to get to their SMART PHONE, Tablet, iPad or computer to place their next bid. If they place a bid then at 8:08 the auction will extend to 8:18 and so on. …
WINNING BIDDERS
Once the auction is complete all high bidder will receive and email with their invoice. Then the credit card on file will be charged for the total plus tax. Once all items have been paid for buyers will be responsible for picking up their items from the sale location. All buyers must have a paid invoice before they come to the sale location.
**Buyers that purchase large furniture lots will be responsible for loading their items. The seller and Pickens Auctions will not be responsible for loading items. Please come prepared!
• All items will be available for pickup at: 205 NW 63rd-OKC, OK. There are a few lots at a nearby location. Those individual buyers will be notified of that location.
