All online bidders must complete registration and be approved prior to bidding. Pickens Auctions reserves the right to accept or reject any bidder at its sole discretion. - Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the final bid price and becomes part of the total purchase price, unless otherwise stated. - Payment Terms
Payment in full is due at the close of auction. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. No items will be released until full payment has been received and cleared. - As-Is, Where-Is

Online auctions may utilize a soft close. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an item’s closing time, the bidding period may be automatically extended. - Item Removal / Shipping
