Online Terms:

By registering for online bidding, bidders acknowledge and agree to be bound by all Online Bidding Terms and Conditions of Pickens Auctions.

1. Registration & Approval
    All online bidders must complete registration and be approved prior to bidding. Pickens Auctions reserves the right to accept or reject any bidder at its sole discretion.
2. Buyer’s Premium
    A buyer’s premium of ___% will be added to the final bid price and becomes part of the total purchase price, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
    Payment in full is due at the close of auction. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. No items will be released until full payment has been received and cleared.
4. As-Is, Where-Is
   All property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and verify all information prior to bidding.
5. Bidding Responsibility
    All bids are final. Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their account, including those made by mistake or by another party using their login credentials.
6. Auction Closing & Extended Bidding
    Online auctions may utilize a soft close. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an item’s closing time, the bidding period may be automatically extended.
7. Item Removal / Shipping
    Buyer is responsible for removal, loading, and transportation of purchased items unless otherwise noted. Removal times and instructions will be announced. Shipping is not provided unless specifically stated.
8. Default
    Failure to comply with payment or removal terms may result in forfeiture of purchase, loss of deposit (if applicable), and suspension of bidding privileges. Pickens Auctions reserves all legal remedies.
9. Technology Disclaimer
    Pickens Auctions is not responsible for missed bids, system errors, internet disruptions, or technical issues related to online bidding platforms.
10. Announcements
     All announcements made prior to or during the auction take precedence over any printed or online material.

Inspection is open to the public prior to the auction, and it is the sole responsibility of each bidder to inspect items and determine condition, description, and suitability before bidding. No refunds, returns, or price adjustments will be made after the auction. Pickens Auctions will not be responsible for missed bids due to internet issues, platform errors, bidder error, or technical difficulties. Pickens Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, regroup, re-catalog, or modify any item or lot in this auction at any time, as well as to reject any bid or bidder.
